Welcome to Arthik Study.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arthik Study website, mobile application, courses, mentorship programs, educational content and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing our website or mobile application, purchasing any course or service, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About Arthik Study

Arthik Study is an educational platform providing stock market and trading education through courses, mentorship programs, educational materials, recorded classes and related learning services.

Our Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Stock Market Education Disclaimer

Arthik Study is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or SEBI-registered Research Analyst.

Arthik Study does not provide:

• Personalised investment advice;
• Individual investment recommendations;
• Buy or sell calls;
• Trading tips or signals;
• Guaranteed returns or profits;
• Portfolio management services;
• Trading or investment account handling;
• Trading or investment decisions on behalf of any user; or
• Execution of trades on behalf of users.

All educational content, examples, strategies, market discussions, technical analysis, demonstrations and other information provided through our Services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided through Arthik Study should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation or advice to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, commodity or financial instrument.

Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions and should independently evaluate any financial decision and seek appropriate professional advice where required.

3. Market Risk

Stock market and derivative trading involve substantial risk of financial loss.

Arthik Study does not guarantee or promise any specific profit, return, income, performance or financial result from the use of our courses, strategies, educational materials or Services.

Past performance, examples, demonstrations or hypothetical results do not guarantee future results.

Any decision to trade or invest is made solely at the user’s own risk and responsibility.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Using the Services only for lawful purposes;
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations; and
• Making your own independent trading and investment decisions.

You must not use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.

5. Course Purchase and Enrolment

When you purchase a course or educational program from Arthik Study, you agree to pay the applicable course fee displayed or communicated to you.

Course enrolment becomes effective after successful confirmation of the applicable payment or agreed first installment.

Course access and services are provided according to the course structure and terms applicable to the particular program.

6. Course Start Date and Recorded Access

The recorded course access period shall be three (3) months from the official course start date/first class date.

The three-month access period does not begin from the date of payment.

For example, if the first class/course officially begins on 5 September, the three-month recorded access period will be calculated from 5 September.

Recorded course content will be made available through the Arthik Study mobile application during the applicable access period.

After completion of the applicable three-month access period, access to the recorded course content may expire automatically.

7. Technical Issues and Access Extension

If a genuine technical issue with the Arthik Study platform, application or system prevents a student from accessing the purchased course content during the applicable access period, Arthik Study may provide a reasonable extension of access corresponding to the period affected by the technical issue.

Any such extension will be determined by Arthik Study based on the nature and duration of the technical issue.

Technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, operating system, third-party applications or other circumstances outside Arthik Study’s reasonable control may not automatically qualify for an extension.

8. Doubt-Solving and Support Sessions

Where included in the applicable course or program, students may receive doubt-solving or learning-support sessions.

Such sessions are conducted every Saturday by appointment.

The availability, duration and format of such sessions will be subject to the terms of the particular course or program purchased.

9. No-Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Arthik Study are generally non-refundable.

Once a course has been purchased, the amount paid will not ordinarily be refunded due to:

• Change of mind;
• Personal reasons;
• Non-attendance or non-participation;
• Discontinuation of the course by the student;
• Failure to attend classes;
• Dissatisfaction with the learning experience;
• Failure to achieve expected learning, trading or financial results;
• Trading or investment losses; or
• Any other reason unrelated to a failure by Arthik Study to provide the Services as agreed.

Completion or non-completion of the course by the student does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this Terms & Conditions document is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

10. Installment Payment Terms

Where a course is purchased under an installment payment arrangement:

• The student agrees to pay each installment by the applicable due date.
• Each installment already paid is generally non-refundable.
• If a subsequent installment becomes due and remains unpaid, Arthik Study may pause or suspend further classes, course progression and applicable course services until the outstanding installment is received.
• During such suspension, the student shall not be entitled to continue the course or demand continuation of further classes without clearing the applicable outstanding installment.
• Suspension of the course due to non-payment of an installment does not create a right to a refund of any amount already paid.
• Once the outstanding installment is received, Arthik Study may resume the course according to the applicable course schedule and availability.

11. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Arthik Study, including but not limited to:

• Recorded videos;
• Live-class materials;
• PDFs;
• Notes;
• Presentations;
• Educational materials;
• Strategies;
• Trading frameworks;
• Charts and illustrations;
• Worksheets;
• Audio;
• Images;
• Course recordings;
• Website content;
• Mobile application content; and
• Other educational resources

are owned by or licensed to Arthik Study and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a course provides you with a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own educational purposes during the applicable access period.

It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

12. Prohibited Use of Course Content

Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading course videos or other protected course content where downloading is not expressly authorised;
• Recording live or recorded classes;
• Copying or reproducing course content;
• Reproducing, modifying or creating derivative versions of course materials;
• Reselling or commercially exploiting any course content;
• Sharing course videos, materials, strategies or access with another person;
• Uploading course content to any third-party website or platform;
• Publishing course content on social media;
• Sharing screenshots, recordings, PDFs, strategies or other protected course materials publicly;
• Distributing course content through WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform;
• Using course content to create or sell a competing educational product or service; or
• Allowing any unauthorised person to access the purchased course.

These restrictions apply to the course content as a whole and to individual portions of the content.

13. Social Media and Public Sharing

No student may publish, upload, reproduce, distribute or otherwise make available any part of Arthik Study’s course content, including videos, screenshots, recordings, educational materials, strategies, frameworks or other proprietary content on:

• Instagram;
• YouTube;
• Facebook;
• WhatsApp;
• Telegram;
• X or other social-media platforms;
• Websites or blogs; or
• Any other public or private platform.

This restriction applies whether such content is shared for free or for commercial purposes.

14. Course Access and Unauthorised Sharing

Course access is personal to the student who purchased the course.

Course access may not be transferred, sold, shared, assigned or provided to another person.

If Arthik Study reasonably determines that course access or course content has been shared or misused, Arthik Study may suspend or terminate the relevant course access without refund, subject to applicable law.

15. Payments

All payments must be made through the payment methods made available or authorised by Arthik Study.

The user agrees to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.

Arthik Study may refuse, suspend or cancel a transaction in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, payment failure or other legitimate security concerns.

16. Chargebacks and Unauthorised Payment Disputes

A user should contact Arthik Study directly regarding any genuine payment issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without a valid basis after the Services have been provided, Arthik Study reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant course or account access, subject to applicable law.

17. Account Security

Where an account is created, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must not share their login credentials with any other person.

Arthik Study may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, if unauthorised account sharing or misuse is detected.

18. Website and Application Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or mobile application;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
• Copy or reproduce the Platform without permission;
• Use automated systems to extract or copy protected content;
• Circumvent access controls or security mechanisms; or
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

19. Accuracy of Educational Information

Arthik Study makes reasonable efforts to provide educational content that is useful and relevant.

However, financial markets, market conditions, regulations, data and information can change rapidly.

Accordingly, Arthik Study does not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, accurate or suitable for every individual.

Users should independently verify information before relying upon it for any financial decision.

20. No Guarantee of Results

Arthik Study does not guarantee:

• Profits;
• Fixed returns;
• Trading success;
• Recovery of losses;
• A specific income;
• A specific number of profitable trades;
• Any particular level of performance; or
• Any particular financial outcome.

Individual results may vary based on numerous factors, including knowledge, experience, discipline, risk management, market conditions and individual decision-making.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website or mobile application may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment gateways or other services.

Such third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Arthik Study is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services.

22. Intellectual Property of Arthik Study

The Arthik Study name, logo, branding, website design, educational content, course structure, graphics, videos, materials, strategies and other proprietary elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No user receives any ownership rights in such intellectual property merely by purchasing or accessing a course.

Any unauthorised use may result in suspension of access and/or legal action as permitted by law.

23. Suspension or Termination

Arthik Study may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Website, mobile application, course or other Services if the user:

• Violates these Terms;
• Shares or misuses course access;
• Copies, records, distributes or resells course content;
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Fails to make required installment payments; or
• Attempts to compromise the security or operation of the Platform.

Where access is terminated due to the user’s violation of these Terms, amounts already paid will generally not be refundable, subject to applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arthik Study shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Financial losses incurred in the securities or derivatives markets;
• Reliance on educational content;
• Market movements or market conditions;
• Technical interruptions outside Arthik Study’s reasonable control;

• Unauthorised use of a user’s account caused by the user’s failure to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arthik Study, its owners, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:

26. Force Majeure

Arthik Study shall not be responsible for delays or failures in providing Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, technical infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, strikes, war, civil disturbances or other events beyond reasonable control.

Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised effective date.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
